Deposit, Payment & Delivery Procedures
In Australian dollars -
A deposit against the purchase price is required to confirm your intention to acquire the particular painting. At this time an email will be received by artist Margaret who will then communicate with you in relation to the purchase of the painting and the cost of delivery depending on where it is to be sent. There is no GST involved in your purchase as Margaret is hobby artist and not registered for GST. No credit card facilities available.
Direct Deposit
We will accept direct deposit bank transfers from your Australian bank Account. Please contact us for our banking details.
Payment can be made from your Bank Account with a PayPal Account.
You can sign up to PayPal and using either your credit card, debit card or bank account, make payment through your PayPal account to the email address.
Cheques
A payment by cheque can be made but it will be necessary for you to contact artist Margaret via the “Contact” page to advise you are sending the payment. Any cheques will need to be cleared before the painting can be packaged for delivery or for pickup.
Privacy:
Your privacy will be respected and your details will not be given, sold or loaned to any other parties.
Delivery:
To the Mornington Peninsula area, delivered personally free of charge, or pickup from Balnarring
To Melbourne, suburbs, country and interstate of Australia, paintings will be securely packaged and sent by Australia Post where possible within 3 days of full payment with a tracking number.
Returns
7 day return (from date of delivery to you) is offered. It is very important to Margaret that the purchaser be happy and pleased with their new artwork. Any return must be packaged to the same standard as it was received and costs paid. When it has been returned without any damage, the price of the painting will be refunded but unfortunately, she cannot refund the original postage and packaging costs.
Original works:
All the paintings are original artworks recently completed. Margaret is an avid photographer and uses all her own photos and ideas. Full details will be advised in relation to the size and type of canvas, and where appropriate, details of any framing.
